- Collins' muse was an imaginary 1980’s plant and neon covered landscape. “Miss TV” is leading the way and showing off her fashion. Clasé is owned by a young local "big thinker" and she wanted the wall to match that energy. She hopes it can bring some fun to all the trailblazers in Waco.
