- Nova Acrylic 2019 Lead Artists: Ira Watkins & Chesley Smith, 2019 This is Waco’s largest mural to date 300ft x 16ft. It was commissioned by Diversified Product Development in partnership with Cultural Arts of Waco, and with a grant from Creative Waco's Arts Match Program. This mural depicts scenes from South Waco’s history. Features the Folk artist style of Ira Watkins and the Contemporary style of Chesley Smith, together with six additional Waco artists and over 40 community volunteers creating a series of images of the past.
