Sturgis Fountain

- 2005 The Carroll and Francis Sturgis Fountain, is named in honor of Carroll W Sturgis and his wife Frances Burnett Sturgis by Keep Waco Beautiful on its 25th Anniversary. Frances founded the Greater Waco Beautification Association (which later became KWB). She also served as a leader of Junior League, the Symphony Council, Art Center of Waco, Brazos River Festival, United Waco, Historic Waco Foundation and was a City Council member.
